New Foundation that Covers Oily Skin!

I wear the shade NC38 in the Morphe Pro Longwear Foundation Waterproof Foundation. I have oily skin and i am looking for another foundation or skin tint that isn't heavy or matte. I want it like medium coverage thatโ€™s buildable that isnโ€™t heavy. I have acne scars but love love a natural finish!  Also whatโ€™s a good concealer ! I am using tarte and kosas #concealer #foundation
