Natural Toner

Hey Ladies, recently I discovered I have oily skin and needed a toner to help balance it with moisturizer and achieve a glow. So what I did was buy some apple cider, rose water, witch hazel and lemon juice. I got the bottle from a local beauty supply for $1 and all ingredients are equal parts. Hope this helps
