Moisturizer oily skin

Ok so 23 w oily skin and looking for a new moisturizer and better skincare routine, so far I’m using Cliniques dramatically different moisturizing gel but am not seeing amazing results and for my skincare routine I use cleanser, toner, moisturizer & lip mask. Any recommendations?
