IT cosmetics new primer

I have been trying a lot of primers. I never used to wear one but my skin is a combo oily and want my makeup to stay on better. My issue is that i kind of want something that i don't need to wear additional moisturizer. Has anyone used the new IT primer and found that it's hydrating enough that you don't need it and what are your thoughts on it? Thanks so much for your feedback.

@jennifer07 I haven’t tried the IT one, but Too Faced Hangover Primer and Laura Mercier Foundation Primers are fairly hydrating. You may also enjoy Marc Jacobs Under(cover) Coconut Primer.
