How to make skin less oily/shiny

So after I do my skin care routine it looks shiny, even moreso when I put on my sunscreen. I know I'll have to change up some products in my routine later on but for now it's really working for my other problems, so I'd just like to know what to do to mattify my skin after sunscreen.

Re: How to make skin less oily/shiny

Great question @LeyLey7  I was just discussing this in another thread, after my sunscreen I use something like

Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Universal  on my eyebrows, nose and chin to mattify after I get that spf sheen. It really helps if I'm doing makeup especially in my brow area. 🙏👌

I've also used

Gucci Brume de Beauté Beauty Mist 2.7 oz / 80 mL

Re: How to make skin less oily/shiny

For me, 1) I like to leave time for product to absorb and 2) use light layers with powder as recommended by Jackie Aina. If you look on YouTube people use globs of product and I learned that's usually not needed in real life. Also, lean into a little shine - it's your natural highlighter! Lol
