How can spots be removed ?

When anybody has oily skin then, how can black spots be removed due to pimples?

For the past 10 years, I has 1-2 pimples once a month and leave behind a scar or black spot at that point. 

what is the homemade remedy or another solution for that, so that pimples will never come?

What's your current routine, @hopmie? If you're trying to get of the pimples themselves, a BHA might be a good place to start. To help with discolorations left behind though, a vitamin C serum would probably be helpful.
