Ok so im trying to find a good primer and foundation and powder for my face i swear it feels like ive tried everything and it either doesnt help with the oiliness of my face or it makes my

make cakey... any recommendations for me?

Although you're oily I'd go with the Dior face and body primer, I have oily skin as well and love it.  The Tatcha silk primer is pretty good in the T Zone as well. 

As far as foundation that comes down to preference! The Too Faced Matte foundation is fantastic as well as the new Nars soft matte foundation.

For powder I love Huda's easy bake because not only does it set everything in place it is not too drying!
