Eye makeup issues

Im having these issues now with my eye makeup that I didn’t have before. The inner part of my eyelids loses the make up or clumps up even before lunchtime rolls around. Im using a primer and I set it and use matte shades because I have oily eyelids, but to no avail it still happens. Im so frustrated 😞 what do I do?

@ArcherOma what primer are you using? Not all primers are the same and work differently on different skin types. I have oily eyelids and find that Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion Original works great, or any primer that is primarily isododecane/cyclopentasiloxane. Dimethicone-heavy formulations create slip on the lids and will crease quickly. It is also very important to not apply too much primer, or this will cause heavy creasing as well. Just a tiny dab spread thinly over the lids is enough.
