Bumps near eyes and nose

I have these bumps under my eye near my nose and everytime i pop them white string comes out, not pus!! And there’s just overall big pores over my face and my bumps show a lot in the sun especially since i have oily skin. Please recommend a skincare routine for this, i’ve had this problem for so long.

Hey there! 
The first thought I had with this is maybe a dermatologist could help? I’m sure they’d know exactly what you need! 
My only other suggestion would be the #Dermalogica Sebum Clearing Masque 2.5 oz/ 75 mL . I haven’t tried it yet but it sounds like the white coming out may be sebum clogging your pours. I hope this helps!
