Best primer for oily skin?

Hi! 

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good primer thats great for oily skin but also still luminous?

You can do an illuminater after you out down the primer if younwantnto control oil and have a bit of glow. I like the Hourglass Mineral veil primer, or MakeupmForever Smoothing primer.mthen I'd use a liquid illuminater (Becca has nice ones, or Coverfx, or Tom Ford) to add glow.
