Best oil controlling primer?

Someone please help!! I have extremely oily skin and foundation usually only lasts 4-5 hours even with an oil controlling primer. Any recommendations?

Re: Best oil controlling primer?

I've used a few different primers, but I keep going back to Becca's Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfecter. It's a little pricey, but a little goes a long way. Also, what kind of foundation are you using? Foundations like Urban Decay's All Nighter foundation is great for oily skin like ours!

Re: Best oil controlling primer?

I have always had the best results with the Makeup Forever Mattifying Primer.

That being said, if you're getting very oily you must also consider what kind of foundation you're using and your skincare regimen. There are could a number of things that is making you oily. Maybe your foundation of choice just isn't meant for people with oily skin. Maybe your moisturizer is the oily culprit. Maybe your skincare regimen is making you too dry so your body is trying to counteract that by overproducing oil.

It can be tough trying to find the perfect products and a happy medium with oily skin. >_<
