Why my order was cancelled?

I’ve ordered something on May 16th today I’ve checked and it says canceled. Why is that? Plus a had 2 more orders not long ago and it says in progress. How long does it take usually to get the orders? Thanks

This often happens when an item is actually out of stock.

Shipping is currently extremely delayed due to the virus; you should have gotten an estimated arrival date when you placed your order, and you can also see it when you check your order history. 

 

As for your cancelled order, I'd recommend contacting customer service by either calling or posting in the Customer Support Group. You can ask them about your In Progress orders too, if the estimated date has passed.
