I took a second look and realized that (1) it is a hefty price tag for all sample sized products (2) the product list is wrong for the Canadian version. I ended up calculating the costs of everything that's shown in the picture and the value of the contents are about $15 CAD from the price tag. Here's the breakdown:

I noticed that too, which brings up the net volume. I also noticed the price drop, so now its a better deal than before.
