Since Canada seems to be getting different/fewer brands added to the website, and any cross-border new releases seem to be several days to weeks later than US releases, I thought we could use our own 'what's new/found in the wild' post.

@Insomniacmuffin -  I'm USA, but had to come here when I saw this adorable sleepy cat.

We had a dog who did this, but she was in a sitting position. She even ended up popping up after her nose hit the floor a handful of times.

But we were young......ish. My Mom was there and didn't stop it either. It was just funny as anything and we would try to get each others attention whenever it would happen. That girl would sit for 30+ minutes doing this.

Wish I knew what was going on in her brain. Why didn't she just lay down and go to sleep with her brother? idk.....but it was funny. Sorry my little girl. I still woof you. ❤🐕

For those who may not have received the Sephora email - some new items:

I was curious what the value for this was - but I'm not clear on the amount of liner you receive in the minis. The Sephora site lists the minis as 0.01 oz and the full size as 0.01 oz - is that accurate? 

Mascara - 13.20

Gloss - 8.75

Liner - 10.33 (based on the trio of mini liners) or 23.71 (based on FS liner)

= 32.28 or 45.66

So at worst, you're paying nearly $6 for the bag + the benefit of having mini products.

@lachaton for the MJ liners, the minis are 0.013 and the FS are 0.017 🙂

I liked the look of the MJ a lot more when I thought it was going to be a promo GWP.  :S

@Mochapj ah, that explains it. I'd probably stick with the value from the trio, since that same shade is available there. But that would bump up the value based on size. 

Agreed. I think this is disappointing for a value set. Would have been a much better promo.

I returned it because bright red makes me look like a clown and it makes my already red face a tomato lol. It's a pretty palette though. I thought it was hilarious when I returned it all the cashiers were freaking out over it

I'm considering returning it because i'm not crazy about those blushes, plus the new highlighter looks like a strike of gold on me. I much prefer highlighters that blend into my skintone. 

But then i sold it to a friend who didn't get the chance to buy it. Win win 🙂

This is not about the Canadian site per se but I figure only Canadians would know/care to respond to this question. I am planning to visit my sister in the US next month and want to buy some things only available on the US site (e.g. Sephora Favorites).

How can I look at the Sephora US website properly? I can go to the US brand page by click on the US flag at the bottom but I can't actually view the product details page. I get redirected back to Canada every time I click on a product. So if I want to look at the sephora summer hair kit, it always tells me the page doesn't exist (because I am in Canada...). This is very frustrating.

I hop back and forth between the Canadian and US sites everyday (live in a border town) and @SalBing is correct.  Once you click the US flag at the bottom left corner of the page a confirmation box pops up. If you are using the mobile app, you can change the country under   The main menu.  Click into "my account" and scroll to the bottom of that menu.  Country pops up with both US and Canadian options.

Judging by what you said about clicking on Th US flag at the bottom of the bage, you are using a browser instead of app. Make sure your browser allow pop up.  After you clicked on th flag, there is a pop up to confirm you really want to switch to US shopping, you have to confirm, otherwise it would not switch
