Unable to place my order

Hello , I am trying to place an order and I'm unable to check out as it is giving me a payment failure error asking me to check my credit card details. I have made sure the credit card details are correct but I'm still repeatedly getting the error. Surprisingly, on my credit card I do see a charge and a refund so I'm not sure what the issue is and what's ongoing, if someone can help please!

Hello, can you help? I have tried with both credit card as well as a debit card. Still no luck 😞

Could you let me know what the issue was? Im experiencing the same issue and customer service didnt know and said to wait a day but the sale will be over and my other email is needed for the VIB discount. What's going on?

I'd suggest contacting customer service by either calling or posting in the Customer Support Group
