Skin Tone

Hello gorgeous ladies! I’m trying to understand what is meant when someone says “medium to tan skin with neutral/golden tone”. What exactly is meant by tone here? How can I know what is my skin tone? Thanks and love, Deepee

Hi Deepee!  The tone of your skin refers to the undertone. Are you cool? Warm? Neutral? Here's a website that has various questions to ask yourself to help determine what your undertone is. 

 ------------

The shade refers to how fair or deep your skin is.  That is an easier one to determine at a glance.
