Sephora Collection Essentials Kit NOT TO CANADA?!?!?!?!

I had the Sephora Collection Essentials Kit in my wish list for a couple months.  Today it is no longer able to ship to Canada.

I get import restrictions but when I can buy the full sizes without issue.... screams scam.  Why can't I get the smaller size? 

Time for Sephora to just admit they really don't want Canadian customers (or any customers?).  These days I don't want Sephora either. I'll buy direct from companies like Clinique and Tarte and for the rest Shoppers Drug Mart/The Bay.  At least they appreciate customers and offer better discounts/promos.

I get really annoyed by sets Sephora doesn't supply to Canada - or omits products (like the Hair Favorites Set that recently came out, minus the DevaCurl in Canada - but same price!).
