Need some advice, please HELP!

Recently I have noticed that for some reason there are areas on my nose that will NOT take makeup. I have tried liquid foundation, pressed and non-pressed powder and concealer. I have not changed my foundation or routine lately and I have no idea why it's happening or what to do about it. It is driving me crazy, please HELP!

Are you using a primer before you are applying your foundation? Also, have you tried using a small amount of eyeshadow primer on the areas where you are having difficulty?
