Most pigmented eye shadow palette on Sephora Canada?

Hi guys, I haven't really ever used eyeshadow - planning to start now. 

I am looking for something that's low to mid range but highly pigmented. I have tan skin/warm undertones, dry skin and many of the shadows I tried did not show up. I did use concealer before as the area around my eyes is dark.

Recommendations would be appreciated..thank you!

Melt, Viseart, Violet Voss Pro, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Natasha Denona, Pat McGrath (there's a cheaper 5 pan shimmer palette on her website) all have very pigmented formulas, and a variety of palette sizes and prices, @HS1989.
