I can’t believe I have to stop shopping at Sephora because of Fedex!!

I’m just going to reinvigorate the posts begging Sephora to stop using Fedex in Canada. They have never ever delivered a package to me with out the shipper intervening, and Sephora refuses to intervene! Fedex routinely insists my mailing address doesn’t exist. This is the same address  Canada Post has successfully shipped to twice a month for the past 2 years without issue.

There is no Fedex location in my city so I have no one to contact and no way to pick up the package and my order has simply been sent back to Sephora. There is also no Sephora location in my city, so I have no choice to stop ordering from Sephora because Fedex will just keep returning my orders. I’m so sad because this will also mean giving up brands like drunk elephant that can’t otherwise be purchased online in Canada.

Goodbye Sephora, I wish you would listen to your customers.
