Dior Crème de Rose Smoothing Plumping Lip Balm

Does anyone know why Sephora is no longer allowing Dior Creme de Rose to be shipped to Canada?

I wondered the same thing when I was going to stock up. I contact Sephora's customer service, as well as Dior's customer service, and found out that the product is being discontinued. It's pretty much not available anywhere anymore, unless on a few sites that still have stock.
