Canadian Sephora Website SUCKS

Literally every single time I go on Sephora, especially the Sale section, everything is always out of stock. And it STAYS out of stock. There are so many items I have been anticipating to be restocked for over a year now. I don't understand why these products are still listed and continue to show up when they are never re-stocked EVER? It's very irritating and misleading. 

Also, the sale prices are wrong too? I was recently interested in buying eyeliner, and saw a couple that were listed on sale for like $4.00. But when I click on the product, the prices are x5 higher?? and not on sale at all? [ For example: SEPHORA COLLECTION Sephora Colorful® Wink-It Felt Tip Liquid Waterproof Eyeliner ]

I read a comment saying that the whole out-of-stock issue is because the US still has these items in stock - what does that have to do with Canada? Isn't there a Canadian website for a reason? 

I seriously think Sephora Canada should do BETTER for their Canadian customers!
