weak nails, help!

i have been going to the salon to get dip powder on my nails. I recently took the dip powder off at home because I was tired of going to the salon and paying so much money. now my nails are incredibly thin, bendy, and breaking easily. any recommendations on what I can do to get my pretty natural nails back?!

I used to do the dip powder on my own nails then as soon as I saw an edge start to lift, I had the urge to lift the powder off. It ruined all my nails. I used OPI Nail Envy Soft and Thin religiously and my nails are back to being strong..no more bendy and thin.
