I've missed you too, @jaaayp !  No, it's a regular TC.  All the shimmer and shifting colors are from the NPs.  I really think this TC brings out the brilliance of whatever NP you put it on. 🙂

@itsfi Thank you so much! The shimmer is silver and a peachy pink. The polish is still going strong with no chips (yet).
