I ended up ordering the polish today @RGbrown! So much for no-spending but I'm so excited to try it out! I have two shade-shifting polish but they look matte not chrome-like.

ILNP makes some incredible shifters as well, called Ultrachromes. Be sure and check them out one day!

Thanks for the recommendations @RGbrown! I've been into doing my own nails lately (it's such a stress reliever) and I love the holographic and chrome trend.

For the ILNP polish, do I need to use a LED light?

Nah, ILNP just makes regular nail polish, not gel. No light needed!

Here is a gel mani with ultra chrome powder I had done at a salon in Vegas last weekend (sorry - I don't know the brand or colors...):

Vegas Nails!!!!

Question:  When I get gel manis, they normally last two weeks without chipping.  I got my nails done at home the day before my trip and noticed my nails started chipping a day into the trip.  I got them redone at a salon in Vegas and these (sadly) started to chip 2 days later.  Could it be because of the dryness in Vegas?  I live in a super humid/swampy area and have not experienced this at home... 😞
