Due to some technical glitches with the original Show Me Your Nails Thread, I am starting a new thread with @vegchililover78's blessing (She says "hello," by the way!).
Please share your nail looks, nail art and manicures!
...And don't forget to check out @Beadshopgirl's Nail Stamping Thread for stamping inspiration! ❤️

@itsfi I figured the Orly polish would be sheer so I used the Revlon underneath first for opacity. It did it’s job exactly as intended.
@JoSometimes I love this nude nail look with a hint of pizazz!
I agree @JoSometimes I could see this with a French mani in white or even more dramatic in black. It's a very sweet pink on you 💗
@JoSometimes I don’t normally do sheer nudes either, but sometimes they come in handy. I like your freshly pink end result.
Thanks @WinglessOne! I agree, lucena more fun in colour. It’s fun to try something different once in a while though.
I feel you @JoSometimes with the third coat LOL ain't nobody got time for that 🤣🤣🤣 but I love how these turned out for you. Looks soooo classy! 🥰
@jaaayp I know right! They’re almost wedding worthy though I’m at the point in my life where everyone’s married and I’m not really down to be out all night. 🙃
@JoSometimes - That color is supposed to be sheer. It was originally part of the French manicure line. I like the results with your modifications. 😍
That makes total sense @Titian06! I thought it would look good as part of a French mani. I got this at Marshall’s/Winners and it was all by itself.
Such a simple and soft look, a palate cleanser is good every now and again! 💖
Thank you @RGbrown! It’s a very cute mani but still fancy enough that it would also be perfect at a wedding.
For this mani, I used:
- Index, Middle, and Pinky: 786 Valencia. Gorgeous creamy orange. Three easy coats; still not completely opaque, but close enough for someone who doesn't like going beyond three coats. 😆
- Ring and Thumb: LynB Design Do It, Be Bold! Lovely shimmery peachy orange. Two easy coats, but this is three since I had to do three for all the other nails. A third coat made no difference in color or shimmer.

@Titian06 This combo is fantastic! Both polishes seem like they were made for you.
Those shades look really nice with your skintone, @Titian06.
Outstanding oranges @Titian06! What base coat are you using with the 786 polishes? I find using something with a beige or nude tint to it works well with the 786 colors. Something like Deborah Lippmann All About That Base - CC Nail Treatment Base Coat or Butter London Priming Base Coat.
