I wanted to show a little appreciation for the military people who protect us with Remembrance Day coming up! I am lucky enough to have a military spouse and work in with the military at my job!

@itsfi  Thank you! I feel like I am getting some growth again! Maybe it’s the eggs? Or the lack of stress. Maybe it’s because I’ve been taking AG1 again 🙂 I’m happy it’s working! My ring finger on my right hand is struggling still tho!

That is great news @ather. I feel like it's a combination of things - diet and stress levels. I've incorporated more protein in my meals on a more consistent basis. I've also tried to better manage my stress and sleep. My nails are feeling a little stronger; I still get some breakage/peeling, but it's now once per week, as opposed to a different nail every day. I'm seeing some growth too, as I can now see a free edge on every nail. 😊 I'm happy (and relieved) there's progress.
