Thank you @CynthieLu! The 4th was low key, quiet & fabulous! 👍🏼 This accent nail turned out pretty well; now as for the other hand .. 😬 it’s funny how nail art turns out so much better when I don’t overthink it. My other hand went through multiple attempts and they all ended up looking like a muddied graph for a presentation and not at all like a firework. 🤪

@Titian06, thank you; doing the firework burst looked soo much easier in the photos or YT videos than in actual practice. 😆 I finally gave up and decided to go for this after making some adjustments to design on the photo I saw. Maybe a glittery firework look will be in one of your future mani’s? 🎆

Thank you so much @ather! I got in a little R&R, and am so happy about it. 😊 The holiday nails were fun - we got a little bit of sun, very briefly, in the afternoon. ☀️ And then back to overcast. It was great when it was around. Has summer weather been sticking around for you?

On Saturday I decided to go to our garden while the boys went to get groceries and it was so hot! I spent 4 hours there and I was dripping sweat. After that we sat by our little pool and as soon as we went to the Canada Day celebrations it got super cloudy and we only stayed at the celebration for a little bit and we left and it started raining and hailing. Sunday was so rainy and cold and same with Monday! Yesterday got a bit nicer. But it’s been a strange summer! It’s getting warmer again this weekend but it’s calling for thunderstorms!
