I really like the periwinkle color, @RGbrown , which is surprising since it's not a color I'm normally drawn to.  I love the topper, especially on the periwinkle. 💖💖💖

Ha, ditto! I generally feel the same about periwinkle, but this one really drew me in. This is one of the polishes Sally cancelled out of my last order, and I made sure to go in store to purchase it before the sale ended 💜

Unrelated side note: Jun 1 is National Nail Polish Day 💅 Ulta normally does a GWP full of nail stuff ($40 nail items was the requirement last year), so start pondering some carts if you think you might be interested! I pulled the email from last year, and sadly, they didn't advertise anything actually being on sale in conjunction with the gwp, but the gwp is usually pretty nice! I'll have to go through my emails and see what other places offered too...will update this when I have a chance to sit down and do some digging 😊

I wasn't on Sally's or Color Club's or Londontown's email lists this time last year, so I don't know what they may have done. I don't have an email from ILNP or Live Love Polish (now mooncat) that day that I can find. I've purchased from China Glaze direct at least a couple of times, but don't seem to have ever received an email from them (other than order confirmations and shipping notices)? Weird. I'm trying to think of any other polish email lists I might be on, but am drawing a blank...surprisingly not many considering how much I love polish lol.

Cirque did 20% off for the first day of summer (Jun 23, ran through Jun 30) and then continued the 20% off for their bday sale Jul 1-8. I don't see an email for national polish day though.

WUN (how could I forget them??) also had no email on Polish Day, but has their semi-annual sale in early June (though I sincerely doubt Kushy would be one of the sale items). For July 4th, they had 20% off all polish last year, not sure if that'll be a repeat deal this year.

Watch Beyond Polish too...Kushy is currently OOS there, but could restock maybe?

This has been holding up pretty well. 😁 

All color polishes are OPI Infinite Shine.

Base color: Marigolden Hour is a warm, orange leaning yellow polish; took 3 coats for full opacity. It looks a lot more yellow in the bottle and photos.

Nail art: Done with a dotting tool. Alpine Snow for middle of flowers, and two different blue polishes for the petals, though it's almost impossible to know that just by the photos. The variances in the blue are a slightly easier to distinguish in person.

• Tile Art to Warm Your Heart is the lighter of the two colors, a mid-tone royal blue.
• Ring In the Blue Year, a deep cobalt blue, is the polish on the flower closest to the nail tip.

@itsfi  This is adorable! I was thinking "how'd she get Marigolden Hour to look so yellow?" 😄 Visually/mentally adjusting for that shade's in-person appearance, I still love your happy sunny mani.

@WinglessOne, thank you. Oh my goodness. OPI Marigolden Hour seems to photographs more yellow in every light and setting. I tried adjusting the color on my iPhone to see if I could get the polish to pick up at least some of the orange, but nope. At one point I adjusted the exposure as far as I could and that did the best job of picking up the orange (but by no means truly capturing it) - in exchange for that, the extreme adjustment made my skin glow fluorescent red. 😂🤣😂 

I was checking BIC while waiting for my bags, and before leaving the parking garage, I took this photo in the car, with flash.

This is as close as I can get to showing how the polish leans orange without making my skin look like it's radioactive. ha! Now it just looks like I have a tan.
