Zoya Dream

Blue has never been my favorite, but this one is making me rethink that. It's too cloudy today for me to pick it up, but the glitter is holo. Zoya doesn't do a lot of holo, but this one is VERY well done. The first coat had me go "oh, this'll be pretty" in a nonchalant way. The second coat made me practically scream "OMG that's glorious!" 😍
