PLEASE HELP! Nail Growth

Hello. I struggle from anxiety, and that often leads me to pick up my nails. I am trying to stop that habit, but my nails are very weak and break easily. Any advice/products to help? Thank you!

I personally enjoy using Burt's Bees lemon butter cuticle cream. It made the skin around my nails as well as my actual nails look and feel much better! Also, I am assuming it wouldn't taste great so that might be a bonus when you use it as a deterrent if you accidentally start to bite your nails.
