Nail strengthening and stopping nail biting

What is everyone's go-to products to strengthen natural nails. Also what are your tricks to keep you from biting your nails. Bad tasting no bite polish has never worked for me. I've had acrylics on for about 4 weeks and haven't been biting them. I'm just afraid I'll go right back to biting them when I get the acrylics taken off. I just want to be able to have strong natural nails and not have to get acrylics because I bite my nails too short 😭😭😭

I have been looking for a nail strengthener too, but something I do to keep from biting my nails is using hand sanitizer or scented lotions often. This keeps me from biting because even though it might smell fine, it doesn't taste fine.
