what should I do?

Hello, I want to know why I do not receive a sample in my house if I am a faithful consumer of Sephora

@Anonymous If you are buying online, you can choose 2 samples from the sample page at checkout. If you're buying in-store, you can have one of the Sephora employees make samples for you of whatever items you are interested in. I don't remember what the in-store limit is off the top of my head, I think it used to be 3 per beauty category. But I'm not sure if that's still the case.
