pregnancy skin care

hey everyone! since I got pregnant my usually normal skin has become dry and acne prone! heavy moisturizers seem to make it worse so I'm wondering if anyone is in a similar boat and can recommend a clean skin care brand for dry/sensitive skin?

i felt like it really helped me. Talk to your dr as well they might be able to recommend something.

then follow with moisturizer like
