Poor customer service

I ordered Anastasia eyebrow pencil which Ive used for years and the past 2 times there have been portions of the pencil is hollow. I stopped by Sephora to get a replacement/exchange, I was treated horribly. I was told that it couldn’t be returned because some customers that abuse the return policy and use the makeup and then keep returning it. What other customers do is irrelevant to me. I had the order summary in my email; they wouldn’t look at it. Then said they could exchange it with an id, showed me a replacement they recommended, then asked for my id to process the exchange. The lady then returned my id with a receipt and said they declined my id, that Id been flagged for returns. I was speechless and highly offended so I walked out. My 5 year old daughter was with me and was so confused! Buying makeup should be a fun feel-good experience, this made me feel rotten. I will no longer be shopping at Sephora; I am highly disappointed.

I’ve noticed too that it isn’t as nice as it used to be. Barely any product in it! So I stopped buying it!
