Acne treatment without certain ingredients

Hi! I’m looking for acne skin care without salicylic acid, willow bark which is s. a., benzoyl peroxide, and retinol, or natural forms of retinol. I am pregnant and my OB and derm have advised me. There is a line made for pregnant women but it’s not sold at sephora. I have a credit I want to use towards something at sephora.

Have you looked into Clinique? A lot of their products are formulated for sensitive skin so good for pregnancy. Ole Hen makes some great acne products that are naturally based as well. I’m 2 months pregnant and I just bought that clean beauty sephora kit to try some new products. It’s hard to recommend acne products as everyone’s skin is different especially during pregnancy.
