i didnt get my points.. Help!

can someone help me out? I dont live super close to the store so its a hassle to go back..

Post this over in the Customer Support group (or consider calling...it'll probably be quicker) so that a mod can get in touch with you and get it fixed...they don't check every post outside the CS group, so there's a good chance they won't see it here. Good luck ☺️
