Mineral Fusion sheer moisture lip tint is a good start—less than lipstick, more than lip balm. Adorn is my favorite shade.

Putting on a pinky-nude eyeshadow with a little shimmer could go a long way. Wearing a lip balm (not necessarily gloss, but something with a little shine) could help, especially if it's tinted or has a small amount of shimmer. Highlighter on the cheekbones (in a "C" shape to under the brow), on the tip of the nose, and on the cupid's bow/philtrum and bottom lip can help emphasize your features to look more "cute". And wearing mascara is rarely a bad idea 😊 It all depends on how bold you want to be, but those are my recommendations for getting started!
