Shaving tricks

For Shaving I found a really good trick to avoid razor burn and it seems to help my face get a super close shave.
I have super sensitive skin that gets red if you look at it funny.

Before using shaving cream I wash my face with Jack Black Daily cleanser.
If I want to go super close (Like when I know I am wearing makeup) I will use the cleanser gel and a bit of shaving cream on top of it and shave with that.

NO Razor burn, or ingrown hairs!!!
And it is very gentle, I'm sure the aloe helps a lot.
As a bonus it also washes makeup off better than some removers.
Anyone else have any other shaving tips?
Please share.

Also take a look at Sunday Riley's UFO oil! It treats breakouts, blackheads, clogged pores, razor burns and bumps and ingrown hairs!

Re: Shaving tricks

Hey there! So actually i use hot water to open the pores so it can help with the amount of hair the razor gets and of course i use shaving cream. then after i finish i put cold water on the skin to close the pores. Razor bumps are tiny infections of the skin so when you close the pores with cold water it is less likely to razor bump and of course using aftershave or toner after will help infected area. Again hopefully reduces or prevent razor bumps. Hope this helps!!
