I like Laura Mercier Secret Concealer and NARS Complete Concealer - A great way to cover redness around the eyes is Bobbi Brown Corrector - All of these products look very natural if applied with a light touch. For the brows, Anastasia brow gel can't be beat. Makes brows look fuller and natural, but groomed.

I've had dark circles for YEARS, and thought maybe I was just born with them, but here's what i learned - hydration and sleep is key. I absolutely hate drinking water and I used to get about 4 hours of sleep on a good day, but after making some effort, my dark circles have definitely improved. I've tried a countless number of different eye creams promising diminished dark circles, but most of them were useless except for the squalane peptide eye cream by biossance. It isn't inexpensive, but even half a pump was enough for both of my under eyes, and I definitely saw improvement. As for your eyebrows, a few of my friends swear by castor oil, so maybe give that a try?
