It kind of depends on how you do it. For me, I mostly put on nude and brown or violet eyeliner during the day and keep it minimal. Black and bolder lines are good for nighttime, in my opinion, depending on the color of your eyes. I have green eyes and I've found that purples work well for me too. I have brown eyed friends that use a lot of blues. Browns, bronzes, coppers are good for blue eyes. Hazel eyes could choose between purples and blues depending on which color you'd want to stand out in your eyes. Putting nude on the inner half of the top lid will bring your eyes out more.
