First timer subtle coverage

Recently I have been getting into being a little more into my appearance doing my brows and highlight. But I want to take it a step further and cover problematic areas such as my forehead and redness in my cheeks. Should I use just a foundation? Just a concealer? Both? I don’t want to wear a lot I just want it to look natural. TIA. 😆

I think a tinted moisturizer would do the trick. Very subtle coverage, more of a moisturizer with a hint of coverage. Here are some:
