First Time Experience

I recently visited the Sephora store in Richmond BC for myself for the first time and had a great experience. Vernie, my stylist, was wonderful and understanding. She helped create a neutral look that brightens my face and eyes; I look so refreshed. Her instructions were easy to follow and I have successfully applied the look several times. I was originally very nervous as an over 50 year male asking for a make-over. I can tell you I was surprised by the positive experience and now have a big happy smile inside and out. Thanks, Vernie

Glad to hear of your good experience. I too, have been very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming my local store has been. Now, I only go there for what I need.
