Event makeup service

I’m seeing options for a few different levels of makeup sessions available and I looking to go with a super impact look for an event coming up next month 

I’m a guy who really has never done makeup in the past and not sure if Sephora is really the route to take for what I’m looking for (I guess I should say I really have no idea WHAT route I should take) 

Basically I’m looking for a ‘mask’ to be applied 

Here’s an idea of what I’m looking for.  If anyone knows if this would be in Sephora’s wheelhouse and what type of service I should book (single feature eyes/full face/glam) or any advice to give would be great
