How to decide what color undertones I need in my makeup. I have fair skin in the winter, also have been told olive and I tan well. I’m looking for a new under eye coverage for dark circles.

There are a ton of guides online to help you find what undertones you have. I am attaching a fairly easy one to use so it can hopefully help you out. As for under eye circle coverage, I suggest you check out Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer Natural BeigeIt is the most full coverage and hydrating concealer I own and I highly recommend this product to help conceal those undereyes.
