Is it worth the purchase / tips & tricks on how to use it?

I’ve been using it recently after I’ve cleansed my skin in the morning and before my toner/moisturizer. I’d say that I have personally noticed my under eyes aren’t as puffy, but I always recommend using a mini and seeing how the product works for you! A great suggestion, also: putting the cooling water in the fridge. It feels great in the summer and adds to the depuff benefits. The product is a hit or miss with some people, and for me it was a quick buy to try it out during a sale! It certainly isn’t anything exceptional, but it’s a nice item to have for morning puffiness. It doesn’t leave a residue, and it pairs well with moisturizer and toner.
