I've had the best luck with Kat Von D Concealer Creme.  NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is another good one.  They both hit that sweet spot of having good coverage while still being a thin enough consistency that they're easy to blend into the skin.

For my super sensitive, combo, and acne prone skin, I use Dermablend's Blurring Mousse Camo without any worry. It is full-coverage so I don't need to use a concealer. It feels like both a concealer and a foundation in one.
