primer spray vs moisturizer vs liquid primer

I just got the Too Faced Hangover 3-in-1 Replenishing Primer & Setting Spray, and I'm wondering if I can use it as a moisturizer and a 'normal' primer (liquid).

 

I normally use a moisturizer and a liquid primer before my foundation, but it's my first time trying a primer spray. Any suggestion as to the order I should put the products on?
