Is the makeup by mario foundation water based or silicone based? what primers do you recommend with it?

@JessyLupe They describe it as a “water/oil emulsion base that isn’t silicone free”. I ended up asking one of their representatives because I couldn’t figure it out either lol. They also said it works best with hydrating primers that have a bit of grip to it. So i’d say maybe try the MILK MAKEUP Hydro Grip Hydrating Makeup Primer with Hyaluronic Acid + Niacinamide 1.52 / 45 mL  (or test out the mini version first).
