first box wasn't good

I was so excited to receive my first box but when I started opening my things I realized I did not get a perfume, I got two anti aging creams (what the heck), an eyeliner (which I don't use), a lipstick (which I don't wear), and this weird glittery eye thing and it was so dry it wasn't even liquid like it claims it was. Not happy for my first box 😞

I feel ya, I'm on my 7th box and I've been disappointed with 3 out of the 7. I wish we had a choice of products to choose from every month. There is a profile feature to the play box but I don't think ive ever received anything that was personalized based on the answers and beauty concerns that I indicated on my profile. There's other beauty subscription boxes by different companies  like birch box and Yuzen, I like these particular ones better than the play box however, the monthly subscription is in the $20+ range.
